Kohler Signs With Oakland Roots SC
U.S. youth international Ethan Kohler has signed a contract with USL Championship side Oakland Roots, the club announced on Thursday.
Formerly with the San Jose Earthquakes Academy, Kohler had previously committed to play college soccer at Stanford.
“Ethan is an incredibly exciting local young talent,” said Roots Technical Director Jordan Ferrell. “His level of maturity for a young player and ability to control a match with the ball will allow him to step in and make an impact for us quickly.”
