Marcelo Carrera, U17 IMG Academy boys soccer coach, began competing in Argentina with Independiente when he was 15 years old and went on to play for the Columbus Crew in Major League Soccer.

Now, he's translating what he learned during his professional career onto the fields in Bradenton, FL for over 13 years while honing in on how a strong mental game can take you to the highest levels. Hear from Carrera about his thoughts on the potential of the next generation of soccer players in the USA as well as how he shaped his mindset to be stronger than anyone else's on the pitch.
