No. 17 recruit commits for class of 2019

Another Top 20 player has made her commitment for the class of 2019.

Natalia Staude, the No. 17 recruit in the 2019 Girls IMG Academy Top 150, committed to Virginia this week. The Tophat SC defender played on the U.S. Under-15 Girls National Team at last summer's CONCACAF Championship.

Her U16 club team wrapped up its ECNL slate with a 19-1-2 record, and Staude is in the middle of her high school season with Westminster Schools in the Atlanta region. Staude recently had a pair of assists as Westminster went 2-0-1 at the Smoky Mountain Cup in Tennessee. The team entered this week at 13-1-1 and ranked No. 27 in the SIMA FAB 50 spring girls rankings.

Staude joins Jansen Eichenlaub, Camryn Lexow and Lacey McCormack as commitments to Virginia's 2019 recruiting class.
