TDS Exclusive: U18 MNT roster for Portugal

The U.S. U18 Men’s National Team is headed to Lisbon, Portugal on Saturday in preparation for the 20th Junior International Tournament. With U18 MNT head coach Javier Perez helping out the full national team prior to the World Cup, Eddie Lewis will be in charge of the youth national team for this trip.

The U.S. will scrimmage Benefica U19 on June 3rd prior to starting the tournament with a game against Norway on June 6. The U.S. also plays Portugal on June 8th and Sweden on June 10th.

A source has provided TopDrawerSoccer.com with an early look at the roster for the international tournament. National team head coach Jurgen Klinsmann’s son is among the 18 players called into the squad for the trip. Klinsmann is one of two goalkeepers that Lewis brought in for the trip.

The full roster, which is among the strongest for this age group in some time, can be viewed below.
