The U.S. U15 BNT made a winning start at the Concacaf Championship on Sunday night, holding on for a 3-2 win against Qatar.
Two first half goals, one from Cavan Sullivan on a penalty and the other from Chase Adams, staked the U.S. to a 2-0 lead 20 minutes into the game. New York Red Bulls standout Julian Hall added the game's third.
Qatar cut into the lead with a penalty kick in the 66th minute, and they scored against heading into stoppage time (games at the event are 70 minute each), but the U.S. held on.
Next game for the United States is on Monday at 6 p.m. EST against Cuba. All games are available to watch on the Concacaf App.
