The latest women’s college season kicks off on August 15 with plenty of excitement and unknowns owing to a long list of conference realignments. 

Florida State has recruited well to defend its title, while Stanford joining the ACC means both national finalists are now in the same conference. Giants like UCLA and Texas have also found new homes in the Big Ten and SEC, two of the best leagues in the country. It has created an intense environment where the best will play the best more often than ever, laying the foundation for the best players to rise to the top.
