TDS Women's Division I Top 25: September 26
The defending champions are officially on a roll.
After drawing two of the first three games of the season, Florida State has rattled off six straight wins to surge into the No. 2 spot in the latest TDS Women's DI Top 25. New head coach Brian Pensky has the offense humming, scoring 29 goals in that stretch.
Huge games in conference lie ahead for FSU, including matchups against Virginia, Duke and North Carolina. But through three ACC games, FSU is in a solid spot.
Headlining the rankings once again is another program thriving under new leadership, as UCLA remained perfect on the season, winninig its Pac-12 opener by a 4-2 score against California.
Virginia, North Carolina and Duke round out the top five.
