Women's Division I Top 25: Nov. 10
Done and dusted.
This past weekend offiicially marked the end of the regular season, as conference tournament spots were snapped up in dramatic fashion in some corners of the country, while in others teams steamrolled to conference tournament titles. See the complete list of conference auto bid winners.
Sunday's conference tournament finals left its impact on this week's TDS Top 25. Florida State solidfieid its No. 2 ranking after edging Virginia 1-0, allowing Stanford to crack the No. 3 spot. Texas A&M moved into No. 4 after its SEC title triumph against Kentucky, while the Cavaliers moved down to No. 5 after the loss.
Other conference tourney title winners from the Top 25 included No. 8 West Virginia, No. 9 DePaul, No. 10 Wisconsin and No. 25 Florida Gulf Coast(w). The rest of the NCAA tournament field will be announced Monday, 4:30 p.m. EST.
