For each state, the classification or organization is listed, followed by the champion, runner-up, final score, season (Fall, Winter, Spring). In states with multiple governing bodies, the champions for each organization is recognized.
NOTES: Ben Denton scored in the 92nd minute bringing a close to the most stunning Idaho 5A playoffs in history as Eagle (12-7-2) defeated Skyview (10-7-2) 2-1 in double overtime. Eagle had not made the playoffs in eight years and had six straight losing seasons before this year’s surprise title. Most of the playoff favorites were eliminated in the play-in or first round. Skyview struck first, but Eagle’s Truman Hoggan set up overtime with a goal with six minutes remaining.

Willy DeWolfe scored three goals as Sun Valley Community School cruised to a state final victory.
NOTES: Michael Matthews and Rodrigue Mugisha each had a goal and one assist, and Dominic Williams scored the opener as Bismarck won its third title in five years.
NOTES: Suad Smajilovic scored the lone goal and the Roosevelt (12-1-2) defense posted its sixth straight shutout to give the program its first-ever Class AA state title. The result thwarted a chance for a repeat for Washington (13-1-2).
