Prep High School Soccer Team Rankings

The Prep Top 10 is comprised of schools in the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council and the Mid-Atlantic Prep League, as well as other independent prep schools. Schools in these rankings are not eligible for the FAB 50 high school rankings because these programs either field post-grad players or compete in a league with or against teams with post-grad and/or fifth-year athletes.

South Kent closed out a perfect regular season with a 6-0 victory over Pomfret. South Kent is the top seed in the Prep B playoffs, which start this week. NEXT: vs. Westminster School, Nov. 13.
2 (2) Northfield Mount Hermon Gill, MA 14-0-3
Northfield Mount Hermon earned the No. 1 seed in the upcoming NEPSAC Prep A playoffs. Last week, NMH shut out Deefield 2-0 and played to a scoreless draw with Williston. NEXT: vs. Avon Old Farms, Nov. 13.
3 (3) Worcester Academy Worcester, MA 17-1-1
Worcester Academy handled Salisbury School and Cushing Academy to run its win streak to 14 matches since a loss to No. 2 Northfield Mount Hermon. Worcester is the No. 2 seed for the upcoming Prep A playoffs. NEXT: vs. Belmont Hill School, Nov. 13.
4 (4) Taft School Watertown, CT 15-1-1
Sammed Bawa scored twice as Taft built a 3-0 lead en route to a 3-1 regular season-ending victory over Hotchkiss. Taft is the No. 3 seed in this week's Prep A playoffs. NEXT: vs. Berkshire School, Nov. 13.
5 (5) Putnam Science Academy Putnam, CT 8-2-0
Putnam Science Academy was idle last week.

 Loomis Chaffee Windsor, CT 11-3-4
UNC commit Akeim Clarke had a goal and one assist in Loomis' 3-0 win over Choate, then scored all three in the team's 30- win over Kent School to close out the regular season. Loomis is the No. 4 seed in the Prep A playoffs. NEXT: vs. Milton Academy, Nov. 13.

 Milton Academy Milton, MA 13-2-3
Milton Academy closed out the regular season with wins over Brooks and Nobles last week. Milton is the No. 5 seed in the upcoming Prep A playoffs. NEXT: vs. Loomis Chaffee, Nov. 13.
8 Kiski School Saltsburg, PA 12-5-2
Kiski School avenged a regular season loss by defeating Hill School in a shootout in the Pennsylvania Independent Schools state semifinals. Kiski advances to this week's championship match. NEXT: vs. Haverford School, Nov. 13.

 Hill School Pottstown, PA 14-4-1
SEASON COMPLETE: The Hill School lost in penalty kicks to Kiski School in the Pennsylvania Independent Schools semifinals.
10 (10) Northwood School Lake Placid, NY 9-4-1
SEASON COMPLETE: The high school portion of Northwood's season came to a close with a loss to Milton Academy and a win over High Mowing last week. The team's other three losses were in split-team matches. Northwood had quality wins over Berkshire, The Heights and Williston.
