Prep High School Soccer Team Rankings

The Prep Top 10 is comprised of schools in the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council and the Mid-Atlantic Prep League, as well as other independent prep schools. Schools in these rankings are not eligible for the FAB 50 high school rankings because these programs either field post-grad players or compete in a league with or against teams with post-grad and/or fifth-year athletes.

South Kent rolled up 14 goals in two wins last week. NEXT: vs. Hotchkiss, Oct. 9.
2 (2) Taft School Watertown, CT 7-0-0
Sammed Bawa scored the game-winner as Taft School edged Suffield Academy 2-1 last week. Taft also handled Gunnery 11-0. This week, the team has a Top 10 showdown with Berkshire School. NEXT: vs. Berkshire School, Oct. 9.
3 (3) Northfield Mount Hermon Gill, MA 6-0-2
After routing Wilbraham last week, NMH was held to a draw by Hotchkiss. NEXT: vs. Avon Old Farms, Oct. 9.
4 (4) Hill School Pottstown, PA 8-3-0
Hill had seven players score in an 8-0 win over Perkiomen and then four players score in a 4-0 victory over Peddie School. NEXT: vs. Malvern Prep, Oct. 9.
5 (5) Northwood School Lake Placid, NY 5-2-1
Northwood had two goals called back in what ended up as a scoreless draw with Medina, the top-ranked public school team in the SIMA FAB 50. NEXT: vs. High Mowing, Oct. 12.
6 (6) Berkshire School Sheffield, MA 6-1-3
Berkshire won three matches last week, beating Millbrook School, Deerfield and Trinity Pawling. This week the Bears clash with No. 2 Taft School. NEXT: vs. Taft School, Oct. 9.

 Worcester Academy Worcester, MA 6-1-1
Worcester moves up in the rankings following a 3-1 decision over Loomis Chaffee last week. NEXT: vs. Phillips Exeter, Oct. 10.

 Loomis Chaffee Windsor, CT 4-2-2
Akeim Clarke, Lincoln Rybeck and Alonzo Clarke scored the goals in Loomis' 3-1 win over High Mowing. Earlier in the week, Loomis lost to Worcester Academy. NEXT: vs. Worcester Academy, Oct. 2.
9 (9) Putnam Science Academy Putnam, CT 3-1-0
Putnam Science was idle last week. NEXT: at Putnam Science Showcase, Oct. 12.
10 (10) Belmont Hill School 7-0-1
Belmont Hill tied Rivers and defeated Nobles last week to stay undefeated. NEXT: vs. St. George's School, Oct. 10.
