The Prep Top 10 is comprised of schools in the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council and the Mid-Atlantic Prep League, as well as other independent prep schools. Schools in these rankings are not eligible for the FAB 50 high school rankings because these programs either field post-grad players or compete in a league with or against teams with post-grad and/or fifth-year athletes.

Season Complete. NEPSAC A champion.
NOTES: Lia LaPrise scored twice as Loomis Chaffee rallied from a 1-0 deficit for a 3-1 win over previously undefeated Worcester Academy in the Prep A final. LaPrise tied the match at 1 and provided the last goal of the night. Emma Trenchard scored the Loomis' second goal, which proved to be the game winner, shortly after a Worcester Academy score was erased on an offsides call. Loomis ended the season on a 17-match undefeated streak.

NOTES: Worcester Academy had a potential goal negated by an offside call while the match was tied at 1, and the team never recovered in a 3-1 loss to top-ranked Loomis Chaffee in the Prep A final.

 Pingree School South Hamilton, MA 19-1-1*
Season Complete. NEPSAC B champion.
NOTES: Lexie McNinch converted her penalty kick in the sixth round of a shootout to lift Pingree to a victory over St. Mark's in the B final that was tied at 2 after regulation and overtime. The victory marked Pingree's third NEPSAC title in four seasons.

NOTES: St. Mark's defeated top-seeded Miss Porter's on penalty kicks in the semifinals before losing to Pingree School, also in PKs, in the NEPSAC B final.

NOTES: Miss Porter's undefeated run ended with a shootout loss to St. mark's in the Prep B semifinals.

NOTES: Choate fell to Loomis 1-0 in the Prep A semifinals. Choate's only regular season setback was to Miss Porter's School.

NOTES: Nobles upended Taft School 3-0 in the quarterfinals before losing to Worcester Academy in the Prep A semifinals.
