East beat West in the 2024 edition of the MLS NEXT All-Star game.

After the West jumped out to a 2-0 lead, the East rallied, scoring four unanswered to make it a 4-2 win for the Eastern Conference squad.

Nelson Hernandez and Cavan Sullivan had a goal and assist each, as two separate teams played for each side in either half.
