Firstly, against Northern Illinois, with the Broncos down 1-0 with 8 minutes remaining, Sharp converted the equalizer before adding another goal and assist in overtime to secure the 3-1 victory. Then, in the final against No. 16 Missouri State, the Michigan native was clutch again with an 89th-minute game-winner after opening the scoring in the 13th minute.
