The list is in last-name alphabetical order, starting with any newcomers breaking into the top ten.

Edouard Nys, UIC (Newcomer)

There were doubts on whether Nys, who led Northeast CC to an NJCAA Division II title as National Player of the Year, would translate his dominance to the Division I level. Well, not only has the Belgian attacker silenced those naysayers, but his eight goals and five assists through seven games lead the country with 21 points. And with those stellar individual performances guiding the Flames to a 6-0-1 start, there is a clear path to the TDS Player of the Year trophy for Nys.

Palmer Ault, Indiana

Ault suffered the heartbreak of a last-minute penalty miss in a 3-2 loss to Michigan, a moment he will be eager to bounce back from.

Mitch Budler, Akron

The senior shot stopper finally conceded his first goal of the year as the team fell 0-1 to the defending national champions.

Marcus Caldeira, West Virginia

Caldeira pitched in an assist in a 2-0 victory over Longwood, moving him to five on the year.

Noah De Blasis, Louisville

De Blasis played all 90 minutes as Louisville finally conceded their first of the year in a 0-1 loss to No. 24 Virginia.

Enzo Dovlo, UNC Greensboro

Undefeated no more, the Spartans dropped a 2-1 result to South Carolina as Dovlo started and played 68 minutes.

Ransford Gyan, Clemson

The Tigers' slide continues as Gyan was unable to prevent the team from drawing SMU and losing to Queens (NC), making it three matches without a win.

Maximilian Kissel, Vermont

Kissel started the match where the Catamounts defeated No. 13 Akron 1-0, then added an assist in the 2-1 triumph over Hofstra.

Donavan Phillip, NC State

In case you missed it, Phillip set the NCAA scene on fire by scoring four goals in just 28 minutes against William & Mary. That capped off a week where he scored one each in the defeats of Stetson and Florida Atlantic. The junior forward is putting together the best resume of any contender.

Marius Stenner, Delaware

The Blue Hens are now an undefeated 7-0, largely thanks to Stenner, who assisted three in a 5-0 rout of Howard, then scored one to aid in a 4-0 triumph over Mount St. Mary’s.
