The list is in last-name alphabetical order, starting with any newcomers breaking into the top ten.

Kyle Durham, Connecticut (Newcomer)

It is impossible to find a keeper who has impressed as much as Durham this season. The redshirt sophomore has not only delivered a highlight reel of world-class saves but has also provided the consistency needed for the team to enjoy a 6-1-3 start. The path to the TDS Player of the Year trophy is especially narrow for goalkeepers, but Durham has shown he has the quality to pull it off.

Zach Zengue, Georgetown (Newcomer)

Do not look now, but Georgetown is surging, and the catalyst to a seven-game unbeaten streak is Zengue leading the team in goals (8) and ranking second in assists (4). Those 20 points rank third in the nation, placing the box-to-box midfielder in a realm typically reserved for goal-scoring forwards. If the Hoyas continue on track as a College Cup contender, the Minnesota native will have a formidable resume for the Player of the Year trophy.

Palmer Ault, Indiana

Ault was held scoreless in a recent defeat to Michigan State, but he did start the week by becoming the first Hoosier since 2019 to score a hat trick as he punished Penn State with three goals and an assist.

Marcus Caldeira, West Virginia

Caldeira scored and assisted in a 2-1 win over James Madison, then played 70 minutes in a 2-2 draw with No. 19 High Point.

Enzo Dovlo, UNC Greensboro

Dovlo ended his three-game scoring drought by striking against Davidson to get his Player of the Year campaign back on track.

Ransford Gyan, Clemson

After three games without a goal or assists, Gyan delivered one of each to help the Tigers defeat California in a tense ACC matchup.

Maximilian Kissel, Vermont

Kissel and the defending champions remain undefeated after beating Fairfield 4-2.

Edouard Nys, UIC

Nys played 90 minutes to lead the Flames to a 2-0 win over Chicago State.

Donavan Phillip, NC State

A brace versus Boston College moved Phillip to 12 goals for the season, which is currently four more than any other player in NCAA Division I men’s soccer.

Marius Stenner, Delaware

Stenner scored another goal versus George Washington, moving him to 8 goals and 4 assists in just 8 appearances.
